• Keep I am getting your view point that he is a local politician and may have less coverage. However, he had worked on that seat straight 20 years and brought changes in environmental department and even worked for animal rights. All the work is for that particular region, but people of that region may have the right to get information about the local politician from Wikipedia. I just have the opinion that he may not have national or international level notability but he is notable for the people of that state. So if he can be the first local politician on Wikipedia, there must be article place for regional politician also so that people can access it on Wikipedia.   @Sumneeb I'm afraid that opinions that are not based on policy which seek to keep an article are alwasy seen as ILIKEIT. If you have a policy based rationale for retention now is the time to place that here. Please do so. Your voice is important to the community in building consensus.
