    • Because the majority of that article discusses the study of the site for use as a rail station. Without that it shouldn't have an article either. Though that site is also a major service area for Turnpike and it includes several news articles discussing its history. If you had independent sources beyond the routine government pages then maybe something else could be written, but this is literally just a small parking lot a fraction of the Lombardi's size.
