Delete per nom - a non-notable neologism designed to promote a restaurant; it's possible the restaurant is notable but there's no article on it at this time.

Delete. It's not clear from the references what the business was (there's an extant restaurant in Bristol with a similar name, but the web address is theethicurean.com) but regardless, this is clearly a portmanteau brand-name masquerading as a neologism. I can't find any evidence that the word has ever been in common usage: even if it had, this would be a
