Not notable. As mentioned in the article, the "first lady/gentleman" is not a real title. The article's title refers to a title that neither exists in government or is widely used. Even if there is usage for the title, it does not have such significant usage that it would merit the term having its own WP page (

- Keep - Cielquiparle makes excellent points above. Plus, it's not hard to find instances where official Singaporean government sources specifically cites the role of the wife/husband of the president or uses the term "First Lady" or gentleman in official context, including here by the national Ministry of Communications and Information [1]. However, I'd advocate to keep the original "First Ladies and Gentlemen" title as well. Scanlan (talk) 02:32, 12 December 2022 (UTC)
