• Keep - I note the article needs ocnsiderable expansion and referencing but Swier has been a key player in privatisation reforms on both sides to the Tasman. With some work should easily fall within the notability guidelines

• Delete possibly he was around in the 1990s during the privatizations, as an adviser and somebody who was asked by the press to make short statements, but he fails
