That's fine for a few lines in the main Green Day article, but a separate article is not necessary at this stage, and will likely just become a posting ground for fans to post every minute update. As per WP:NALBUMS, "unreleased albums are in general not notable; however, they may be notable if they have significant independent coverage in reliable sources". I don't think this is the case yet.
