Another siding in the middle of nowhere; searching is a bit difficult because Hibbard is a common name in the state, but other than confirming the origin of the place name, all I see are some passing references to locate several different nearby features. Appears how? "Populated place" is a term from GNIS, and historically has proven to be an unreliable indicator of what is actually there. As far as people living there: no, they don't. It's just a siding with no houses around it. Mangoe (talk) 05:07, 3 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]
