After doing a Google search, I was only able to find one reliable source for this article. I am not sure if one reliable source constitutes notability per

Weak Keep/Unsure - Subject in question is a partner with youtube.. he is definitely notable in that regard. A lack of sources in the article only tells us about the current state of the article, not the viability of the subject. On the other hand, I'm not quite sure if having a youtube partnership/having a plurality of followers exactly qualifies the subject as "notable" (although to a normal standard he would be). Just having a YT partnership isn't really something that would give notability, as anyone who has a certain number of hits/followers can be a YT partner. One website stated in 2012 that they had 30,000+ partners, so I wouldn't count it towards notability. His number of followers is impressive, but there are others with far, far higher numbers of followers such as KPopp, who fails notability standards quite solidly. Basically all partnership means is that you're popular, which makes it more likely that you'll gain notability but it's far from a guarantee.

Delete. Other than the one news source, Magnone doesn't seem to have gotten any true attention from the media. His channel seems to have a decent following, but nowhere near big enough to warrant an article based on that alone. Sometimes people/subjects can gain enough of a cult following to warrant an article, but the following would still require the same coverage as a regular article... meaning that we should already have more than enough coverage for the subject. (This is more in response to the arguments that always inevitably get raised with online personalities that say "____ has X amount of followers, so they pass the cult guidelines".) One news story does not show enough notability to warrant an article, nor even enough to justify merging the information elsewhere. He's just one of several thousands of people with a moderately sized fanbase that got a story about him in his local paper. I wish him well and hope he grows to PewDiePie or Smosh proportions, but he's not there yet.
