Non-notable album, fails
]- Keep. Artist is notable, and there are at least two reviews in reliable sources. --Michig (talk) 21:34, 5 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- But the question here is whether the album itself is notable. talk) 12:59, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Keep Two whole reviews from WP:NALBUMS, regardless of chart performance or lack thereof. §FreeRangeFrogcroak 01:17, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Oh, the reference in there points to a review of the other album, it should point to this. Agree on the second ref, I didn't notice it was written by the author. §FreeRangeFrogcroak
- Keep - Can people leave Lauren Hoffman's albums alone? Her album articles as well as her biography page need EXPANSION, not deletion. Same thing as I said on Choreography's AfD page. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Mrmoustache14 (talk • contribs) 2012-12-18 03:16:08
- Delete. Independent sources do not indicate it is notable. Note that the CD Universe source should be considered a primary source since it is a Product Description, not an independent review. (it is amusing that an article claims to be notable when the article's intro says "it went relatively unnoticed"!) talk) 12:59, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- That would be about record sales, not documentation. And CD Universe is actually, upon reading it, a combination of snippets from reviews and a statement from the artist. It does indicate where the real sources can be found, though. The complete text of Ben Ratliff's review of Megiddo, for example, rather than that 8 word snippet, can be found in the New York Times archives, dated 1997-10-03. The review in the New Yorker is longer than the snippet given, too, and mentions Fiona Apple. Uncle G (talk) 16:06, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Comment. Here's the coverage I found: Reviews from Allmusic and Les Inrockuptibles, and probably one from Le Figaro from 1997, plus further coverage from Keeping It Tight in the Old Dominion: A History of Virginia Rock Music, Billboard, The New York Times. That's plenty. --Michig (talk) 20:04, 18 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]
