• If not kept, Draftify as requested (in practice) by the creating editor. No-one else has added substantial content (others have removed "eminent", tweaked capitalisation etc, added categories). Allow the creating editor to work on the article further, outside mainspace. I can't evaluate the existing sources to see whether or not they support notability.
