Delete: From http://microsoftgendercase.com/, the case appears to still be live, but has not achieved any particular coverage yet. Userfy or Merge to List of class-action lawsuits or List of gender equality lawsuits or both. Content could be preserved by the article creator; once a decision is handed down, it could come back to prime time; but that could be a couple years from now.
