The result was speedy keep. I'm going to withdraw this. I am pleased to see more people arguing on the basis that the company is large or prominent enough to be important. I have been saying for the last 10 years that this would be a more realistic standard than the details of sourcing. DGG ( talk ) 08:35, 25 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

no evidence of notability , because the long list of references is exclusively notices of funding and opening of offices. Before the current NCORP it might have passed muster, but now we're more sensible about NOTDIRECTORY, which is the policy basis for the guideline NCORP. DGG ( talk ) 19:06, 23 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

  • Strong Keep- It seems that nominator has not deep dived for the sources. I can find in-depth coverage in every newspaper and reliable media of this world. "With 47 per cent of total volume, India is gateway for PayU", the company has major share in the Indian market, with $5.5-billion worth of payments under its belt and it is just India, PayU has major share in all other markets as well, which includes South Africa, Russia, Mexico, Brazil. Every newspaper and news channel in these markets covers the company 3-4 times in a year. With a simple Google search there were atleast 53,000 qualified references. It is one of major and leading online payment provider at this moment. If the article is badly written, the focus must be on working rather than deleting without making a thorough research. It has completed several acquisitions and investments in several startups over $350 million. If PayU is deleted, next should be
WP:CORPDEPTH. Nominator has a history of deleting technology companies and it again seems to be driven in the flow. Not every technology company is non-notable. Has a 40% market share in the South African online payments Strong keep 157.37.50.22 (talk) 07:12, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply

If you think you can rewrite to , to use only good sources, give it a try. I admit that my first impression is sometimes wrong, perhaps 5% of the time, If someone sees it more clearly than I, and can fix what I think unfixable, all the better for WP. But the number of ghits for a company like this can mean a great number of miscellaneous mentions--a case could be made for thinking that possible related to `ec notability, but we usually think more of a few really good references. ` DGG ( talk ) 08:12, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
DGG, I think you really need to deep dive before nominating a page or company like PayU. If you don't know about them, it doesn't mean they are non-notable. Following things clearly makes company notable

A request, please don't waste time by nominating a page that is way ahead of notability, indepth coverage. Everyone makes mistake, but it is a blunder. If I dont have knowledge of a subject/industry I really wont jump in until I really know about it. Please stop nominating really notable tech companies.157.37.234.18 (talk) 06:08, 25 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
