This is a page about a song that was given a digital release on iTunes, and not released as a full "single". It sold a lot in its first week (due to a strong young fanbase), charted at #20, and quickly dropped off due to lack of any airplay. As per
WP:NSONGS: Notability aside, a separate article is only appropriate on a song when there is enough verifiable material to warrant a reasonably detailed article; articles unlikely ever to grow beyond stubs should be merged to articles about an artist or album.
