There is not general secondary sources establishing notability. I could only find one recent development: https://www.frontiersin.org/articles/10.3389/fimmu.2021.706727/full

- Keep recency of developments don't directly matter. There is significant coverage in secondary medical publications, and even making it as at least a mention in textbooks and some more general books (see Google Books link in the AFD header and archive.org open library search and at least one newspaper story covering a clinical trial: https://www.newspapers.com/article/the-springfield-news-leader-tb-vaccine-t/125717448/.
