WP:BLP of a person notable only as a non-winning candidate for political office. As always, this is not grounds for a Wikipedia article per se -- the notability bar for politicians is holding a notable office, not just running for one -- but this neither demonstrates that he had preexisting notability for other reasons independently of an unsuccessful candidacy, nor evinces a reason to treat his unsuccessful candidacy as more special than other people's unsuccessful candidacies. This was also created while his candidacy was still a going concern, and should have been deleted at the time as a campaign brochure, but it wasn't and now we're here.
