- Delete. As I wrote last time: "Insufficient notability for this encyclopaedia, does not begin to meet WP:ARTIST. He's a moderately competent commercial artist who will make you a bronze replica of your motorcycle if that's what you want, or a portrait of your doggie. He has no place here. NB: the article is now very short because all copyright-infringing content has been removed." To help with searching: this is not the Robert Toth who was photographed by Ringo in 1964, who is a retired air-conditioner salesman; nor is it the Robert C.
