Keep. The article definitely needs to be expanded, but it's proper broadcast television station in Pakistan with a government-issued TV license (one of not too many), so I think we should keep it around for the sake of completion. Plus, we don't want people looking it up and finding only a page on Sony Sab based out of India and assuming they are the same thing, especially considering the relationship between the two countries.
