    No, this does not say Sacramento Landing itself was a Coast Miwok settlement. It says it was a small housing development where a number of Coast Miwok descendents lived. Yes, the National Seashore has a lot of history described in this document, including several sites of interest on the peninsula, almost none of which are in its article.
