- Keep. The song is well-known and the single is notable. It received airplay internationally and still does, I hear it in bars and clubs pretty regularly in the UK. There are far, far less notable songs with articles, and I therefore believe this is a case of a song that didn't chart being notable (and there's plenty like that - Doesn't every single Beatles song have an article, after all?). I also must question the original nomination as, if "99% of punk rock makes your ears bleed" then you really don't know much about the topic in question.
