There is only one piece of information that needs to be protected, and that is the map, someone needs to go to the district and add the coords to each school in the table of schools, then we have the data needed to draw a school district map. I don't usually follow the SIGCOv argument- that is more an admission of Wikipedia failure to locate the coverage. More interesting is the question why that is difficult to dig out the stuff and that probably is the crux of the article. Here we seem to have a cluster of rural schools fighting difficult geography attempting to give the kids the same sort of experience needed in Toronto to get to a prestigeous university. Am I right?
