It pains me greatly to be taking an article about such an obviously very good boy to AfD, but based on my search, he does not meet

Delete per the lack of significant coverage in reliable sources. I did not find significant coverage in reliable sources about the subject in my searches for sources. I found a 6 March 2020 article in the Swindon Advertiser that discusses a two-year-old Frenchie-cross-American bulldog named TJ. But this Wikipedia article says TJ the Frenchie was born 19 March 2021, so this would be a different TJ. The subject does not meet Wikipedia:Notability#General notability guideline.
