BLP of an unsuccessful political candidate who does not appear to be otherwise notable. Mccapra (talk) 16:44, 14 January 2024 (UTC)

- Comment - As the leader of the country's chamber of commerce and a presidential candidate in last years election, I started the article seeing as the coverage of Zimbabwean politics on Wikipedia is poorly covered compared to other countries. Moondragon21 (talk) 20:37, 14 January 2024 (UTC)

- Keep: per [1], [2]. The rest of the sources do not meet WP:SIGCOV, but these two meet unless there is something I'm not seeing. I didn't do any further search. // Timothy :: talk 23:50, 3 February 2024 (UTC)
- First link clearly fails WP:INDEPENDENT. Second link is likely to be candidate-provided information, and is fairly routine within an election cycle. ~Hydronium~Hydroxide~(Talk)~ 02:14, 5 February 2024 (UTC)]
- First link clearly fails
- Redirect to 2023 Zimbabwean general election: There are minimal Gnews hits, and none appears to be both independent and significant. Chair of a Chamber of Commerce is not presumptively notable (eg: Suzanne P. Clark of the United States Chamber of Commerce or the leaders of the ACCI). Nor are founders of minor political parties (they got 0.23% in the election and no seats). He was also Secretary General of the minor Renewal Democrats of Zimbabwe party. A future better redirect target might be Zimbabwe Coalition for Peace and Development Party (although that might end up with a Redirect result at a subsequent AFD) or as part of a capsule description of the ZCPD at List of political parties in Zimbabwe (in which case other minor political parties should likewise receive a brief capsule each). ~Hydronium~Hydroxide~(Talk)~ 02:40, 5 February 2024 (UTC)
