Weak Keep - Seems like he may scrape by
WP:BIO. He appears to be a local celebrity, which always raises the issue of notability requiring at least some regional coverage, rather than just e.g. local papers. There's a bit of that, but there's also the kind of language the sources use, suggesting sources for his long career may require some effort to find. Even some that I found with Google Books are not actually accessible online. Here's what I found: Nanaimo Daily News, Prism International (apparently the oldest literary magazine in western Canada -- I don't have access to the full version but from the preview it looks like biography or otherwise secondary coverage), Nanaimo Daily News, Nanaimo News Bulletin, "Tim+Lander" The Journal of Canadian Poetry (another one I don't have access to) looks to include a review of his The Glass Book), Publishing Lives: Interviews with Independent Book Publishers in the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia includes a chapter comprising and interview with Lander, BC Booklook magazine... — Rhododendrites ^talk \\ 01:04, 8 July 2016 (UTC)[reply
