Although Ultimate Football (and Ultimate Football League) get a number of ghits, I can't find any showing notability of this version in the first half-dozen pages of ghits or gnews hits. Notability may indeed exist, but the noise is overwhelming any signal in the article.
Note that previous versions of the article described a more generic version of the game (with a different starting place and year), but I can't find any version with references.
Taking this to AfD instead of prod because the number of different editors who have contributed lead me to think this won't be uncontroversial. Fabrictramp | talk to me 16:47, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

- Delete for lack of sourcing; none of the prior versions seem to have had sourcing either. The current version was written by an editor who calls himself "UFLCommish", and an unregistered user. The article asserts that this is "world famous" and helps teach media relations to junior officers in the U.S. Army. I don't see any evidence that the U.S. Army has ever heard of this. - Delete as unsourceable. I don't doubt that our fine American fighting men and women have devised a football variant to help pass the time and expend energy, but this is about as notable as a company beer softball league. —talk) 19:11, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
- Delete. Wikipedia is not for things made up in boot camp one day. The computer game published by MicroProse in 1995 (not to be confused with the goofy little Flash game currently making the rounds on the net), however, certainly warrants a stub at this location. - Delete. Not notable at all. Fences and windows (talk) 23:17, 18 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
