Russians have an article about another Vladimir Sidorov. Seems that this one is not notable. The entire article is based on one self-published source - the own official artist's website. Searched a bit on the Internet about this person[1] and found no evidence of notability. Even those claims about awards and prizes can't be confirmed by reliable sources, I think.   • Delete. It takes a great deal of fame and a major recording contract to be considered a notable accordionist. Seriously, even if we could verify the claims in the article, it would not pass
