Keep. It reads like a CV because it was copy-pasted from the faculty web page. Garvey meets

WP:PROF#C1 (top citation count on Google Scholar = 1129, top as first author = 573, many other papers with over 100 citations) and #C5 (the named chair), as already discussed by StarryGrandma.
