No independent notability can be established for the subject of this paid PR article. Sources in the article itself are PR, non-independent, or are not actually about the subject of the article. The further attempt to establish notability based on the fact that the subject is a Fellow of the American Institute for Medical and Biological Engineering falls down flat - there were 170 other people inducted at the same time as Voit.
