Non-notable electrical hobbyist blogger. All the refs are to his own writings and none of his claimed discoveries stand up to scrutiny. Traffic waves, for instance, were discovered and theoretically modelled as far back as 1955. He has never been published in peer reviewed journals as far as I can tell.
