- Nominator's rationale: A week ago I proposed merging Category:Communications technology and Category:Telecommunications techniques. See here.

I support elimination of Category:Communications technology. Pretty much everything in the Telecommunications category tree is about technology. It's redundant to have a "technology" category within it; the articles that are/were a random assortment of articles that ought to be in other categories. I've moved a few of them. I oppose blindly moving everything to Category:Telecommunications techniques.--Srleffler (talk) 05:42, 10 November 2016 (UTC)
By now there are no articles left in the category so I suggest it be deleted.
