Wikipedia is neither a democracy nor an anarchy. Wikipedia is a cluocracy. Disputes are resolved in favor of whoever offers the best reasoning – not in terms of rhetoric but in terms of their understandingpolicies and guidelines of Wikipedia and of knowing what works and what doesn't.
Some Wikipedia processes represent attempts to legislate Clue.
