Cavalry at Balaklava

lithograph that shows the 6th (Inniskilling) Dragoons and the 5th Dragoon Guards
engaging the Russian cavalry in the midst of the camp of the light cavalry brigade which is being plundered by the Russian troops during the battle of Balaklava.
Reason
It has a high educational value in 6th (Inniskilling) Dragoons, 5th Dragoon Guards and is a high quality/resolution restoration.

      • We also have at least five FPs of Gustave Doré engravings. Between Simpson and Doré and Muhammad we're getting excellent coverage of the Crimean War and historic literature and houseflies: it's equally good for the site to illustrate all these subjects in depth.
