• Oppose - needs restoration. Defects on the senator's and his wife's faces are particularly bad and detract from the EV. MER-C 14:43, 26 July 2019 (UTC)[reply]
• Agree - but those defects appear to be attempts of retouching the original negative. (That was often done, but this looks quite clumsy.) A restoration would be difficult, it's obvious the man has some kind of scar on his chin/neck.
