Original – Polaroid taken by Mary Moorman on November 22, 1963, at Dealy Plaza. President Kennedy was fatally shot an estimated 0.6 seconds after it was taken. The bullet has just impacted JFK's head while Jacqueline Kennedy leans over in concern.
Reason
This polaroid photograph by Mary Moorman is not of the best technical quality, but its historical value is immense and was achieved though astonishing luck (albeit unfortunate in context).
