Reason: This is a quality image of the largest hospital in Stockholm, Sweden. It is the lead image of its article and shows the hospital in its urban setting. It was nominated once before and there were concerns about it being a busy composition, but I think it qualifies as is. After all it is a city hospital in a big city, so no harm showing it like it is. Good lighting and meets technical requirements. All the bright buildings in the center of the frame are in the hospital campus. You can check it out on Google map, or I can annotate it on Commons.
