Yes, but it's not explained where it's used, nor on the file description page (and given the file description page is relatively hard to get to from a video as Wikipedia's currently set up, it needs to be both). At the moment, if one sees this in an article, they need to watch it, find the somewhat-hidden button to get to the file description, then from there go to the source page.
