Oh, I haven't noticed that you listed it as redundant to the movie poster, not the other version of the cover. Anyway, one of the files is for the film infobox, and the other for the album infobox, like in

Coldplay Live 2012 article. I would say that in both cases (Coldplay's and Muse's) the live album is more important than the screenings of the film (which is only screened on one evening in each country), so if one of those files would really have to go, I would say the movie poster should be the one to be deleted. I know those rules. However, it's not a soundtrack album – quite the opposite, it's a live album (released in CD/DVD and CD/Blu-ray formats) which gets additional theatre screenings. Imagine a situation like this: Queen's Live at Wembley '86 is screened for one night in several countries around the world. Would you delete the album cover from its article and replace it with a poster from, let's say, Italy? That's how I see the situation here. If one of those covers/posters really has to go, I would say that it's the live album cover that has priority here (as the primary means of visual identification). A user asked me to comment this on my talk page.

There are two files in the history. The first one, uploaded by Soham on 3 November, is a crop of File:Ashchorjyo Prodeep Poster (2013 Bengali film).jpg. I think that there are two clear problems with that one: the lamp and the background. This file with the lamp would appear to be a problem at least in the United States. See for example this decision by the US copyright office. On the first page, you see two logos: one which says "CCC" and one which says "Car Credit City CCC" with some borders around the text. The second one is copyrighted in USA, whereas the first one is not. I think that the image with the lamp is more complex than the one in the PDF file, so the lamp file should be treated as unfree.

The second file, uploaded by Soham on 5 November, is less complex. The text seems to be the same, but it has been written by someone else, so the font is different. I don't know where this version comes from and no source is listed. Consider checking that it is a version actually used by the film company so that you don't use something unencyclopædic. However, from a copyright perspective, I don't think that there is any problem in the United States at least. See for example [1], section 503.02(a), example 1:

As Chinese calligraphy isn't copyrightable in the United States, I would assume that Indian calligraphy isn't copyrightable either. The United States Copyright Office's opinion is probably more likely to be correct than the opinion of a regular Wikipedia contributor, and documents from the Copyright Office are therefore typically assumed to be correct unless we find evidence of the contrary. The copyright status outside the United States is more unclear. In China, the drawing of the character 道 (road) as seen on this photo was found to be copyrighted. In the United Kingdom,

Copyright Act, 1957 appears to be almost a duplicate of the British Copyright Act 1956

with just a minor number of modifications, so the situation in India is likely similar to that in the United Kingdom, where the image definitely seems to be copyrightable. I think that it would be a good idea to try to find court rulings from India on originality, but until such court rulings have been found, it may be safer to simply assume that nothing has changed since Indian independence from the United Kingdom.

Conclusion: Delete the old revision as an unused unfree file. Keep the current revision but tag it with {{

Thats what I have been trying to say all the while, thats why I have uploaded the second file. Stefan2 you are a certified life-saver! Being an editor with experience of only 6 months I repeatedly tried to explain the same but since I don't have much knowledge regarding copyright of USA and terminology I could have never been able to save it. Thanks Stefan2 for proving the conclusion even though it means little now after Titoda, yes I still regard you as my mentor and my inspiration here in Wikipedia atleast repeatedly accused me of
