WP:NFCC #s 3a/b and 8. This is a screenshot from a random segment of the news broadcast. The article already contains non-free logos depicting the television station's branding. The use of an entire copyrighted screenshot is not minimal use in quantity or extent of use, and the content of this particular broadcast is not the subject of critical commentary in the article. Correction: While "No FoP in UAE" is not one of the criteria for deletion, the image is no longer used on the Burj Al Arab article so it likely fails the appropriate test. The Burj Al Arab article currently uses File:Mini-Burj-Al-Arab-15.jpg, which, as a non-free file on Commons, certainly needs to be deleted. Another example of an image from the "Non_FOP" UAE, which is therefore non-free content is File:Burj Khalifa.jpg. This also fails the fair use criteria so should also be considered for deletion 9carney (talk) 20:36, 5 July 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Keep FOP depends on the country in which the photo is used, not on the country in which the photo is taken. There is FOP in the United States where Wikipedia is hosted, so we just need to ensure that the template {{
