The title is currently held by the latter's half-brother, the third Baron, Philippe Cohen, who succeeded in 2001 when the latter's eldest son rejected the title. Philippe Cohen was formerly married to the daughter of famed British philanthropist Basil Henriques. He currently resides in Kingston, Jamaica, where he works in imports, real estate, commerce, and banking.
