A group of similar IPs from Zagreb has posted messages in talk-pages, which included derogatory content and private information about me (possible
WP:HOUNDING
). Part of the messages have therefore been oversighted.

The editor uses discrediting and aggressive terms in discussions, most often labeling other users as “propagandists”.

Cases

I have already tried to report abusing behavior of IP's at the AN, but it yielded no results.

The user described administrators Peacemaker67 as Serbian propagandist and also Vanjagenije. Many times the user labeled me and user Sadko in the same way, and also labeled Sadko as chauvinist. I have already presented that at the AN.

Much other offensive content, including the disclosure of private information, has been oversighted. and certain IP addresses blocked. He also [[1] used] the edit button just to make commentary and accusations.
