• When: 11am, Saturday August 22, 2015
• Where: State Library of Queensland Café, Stanley Place, South Brisbane 27°28′17″S 153°01′02″E / 27.4713°S 153.0173°E / -27.4713; 153.0173 (State Library of Queensland Cafe)
• Why: An informal wiki-meet for Brisbane editors of Wikipedia & associated projects. It's also been far too long since Brisbane meetup #7!

Getting there

The Library is located on Stanley Place, in South Brisbane, next to the river. The café is on the ground floor, facing the Museum and The Edge.

There is parking available, but it can be expensive and full on a Saturday. A better bet is public transport, it's within easy walking distance of South Brisbane and Cultural Centre stations.

I was thinking about 11am-ish, that way people who just want to have a coffee and a chat can do so, those of us who want to stay for lunch can also do that? I made a booking at the cafe. I think we will be on an inside table. It's in my name also with the word Wikipedia attached. I will be wearing a Wikipedia T-shirt to help you all to identify the right table (hint hint, if you have any Wikipedia clothes, please wear them to help with the visual identification of the group). • Hi there! Just noticed your meeting proposal. As a Wikipedian it's always attractive when I meet others to share our common interests as on Wiki community. If only time permitted that I could join you guys. However, due to my personal itinerary conflicts, I may not be able to show up on 22 Aug. I am still looking forward to your further meeting and hope I could be there once I was free. I currently focus on Sports(especially
