As User:ToBeFree implied, Wikipedia is not about food. This is, of course, right after an SPI was used to expand on German breakfast and lunch--likely an example of apophasis.

Broadly speaking, NOTFOOD may suggest "let's get back to business: we are not a social network". Yes, it's kind of rude, but some of us aren't here for social networking. Some of us are!
