- Logo presumably copyright of the organisation it relates to, uploader appears to have been a role account for the organisation but we have no evidence that the person operating that account had authority to release their logo into the public domain. Logo also includes a montage of other images which may be separately copyrighted. January (talk) 11:10, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- No Freedom of Panorama in Armenia per Commons:Commons:FOP#Armenia so why should this be free? Erected in 1999 per List of statues in Yerevan. Many of the other pictures on List of statues in Yerevan is also not free unless I'm wrong here. MGA73 (talk) 17:03, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- Permission statement indicates the uploader is not the copyright holder as claimed in the license tag. Eeekster (talk) 21:46, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- Yes, permission given to use image of wiki; therefore making me a copyright owner of the image. If there is more appropriate copyright tag to be added, the let me know. The Only Random Person (talk) 22:01, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
- No, permission (i.e. a license) doesn't mean a transfer of ownership of the copyright. Nor have you supplied any evidence of that permission. Eeekster (talk) 22:03, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
Ok; well as there's no possible way of proving the permission, then you may delete if you wish; I shall find another image. The Only Random Person (talk) 22:16, 11 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]

- No freedom of panorama for maps in the United States. See ]
- I think this is in the public domain for the following reasons:
1. The 'billboard' is a map of a State Park in California.
2. There is no explicit copyright statement on the work.
3. Therefore it is assumed to be (a) in the public domain already, or (b) published by the state.
4. According to http://www.library.ca.gov/gps/docs/OCLCFIN.pdf (see top of page 20), works not explicitly claiming copyright protection may be inferred to be in the public domain.Calbookaddict (talk) 17:24, 13 February 2012 (UTC)[reply]
