I have been in contact with MONA. They express no copyright infringement, but advise: Over the next month or so, we will be taking a more hands-on approach to the wiki site, as some of what has been posted already, is incorrect. With that in mind, you can leave the image you have posted, however it may be likely replaced with one of ours soon. Thanks for the courtesy of checking with us. • The above Time magazine covers are not correctly identified as public domain works due to lack of copyright renewal. They are copyright violations as the copyrights for the above issues were, in fact, renewed. I've listed the relevant US copyright renewal number for each issue with a link for verification. Since a short while ago TLSuda deleted the copy of File:White House Secretariat on cover of TIME.jpg that was hosted here on EN.WP, I've gone ahead and also nominated the copy hosted on Commons (it was hosted at both locations under the same file name).
