Hi!

My friend claims he saw something in a tweet by Jeb that they were planning to wait a while before releasing Minecraft 1.7... somewhere around 5 months, though no specific date being mentioned.

I looked for this in jeb's tweets but it doesn't seem to be there. Does anyone know a rough release time and an official link that confirms this? I am NOT looking for a specific release date, just general timeline of how long from now, as it is important to some decisions i will make on a server.

I remember this music video from sometime from 1995 - 2006. It was about a guy.. driving his car.. in a town. He stops at a cafe and then continues. it was either raining or snowing. it was night.. He continues and something goes in his way, a ball or a cat or something and he escapes it and continues... then there are railroads and he continues and gets hit by the train. then it repeats!!! He is driving.. stops at the cafe.. stops for a longer time or something... then the other thing happens again.. something goes in his way.. he slows down or something. Then continues and again gets hit by the train.... then the last time... He drops something in the car? (i think) and then drives to the cafe.. stops a longer time there. He drives on and sees the thing / person / animal and stops!!! and then passes on... just to stop for the train. and then thinking something before going on.... It's just so sad... please help me find it! It happened in a rainy night/stormy night/ snowy night .. it was American. and it was pretty modern 1990s - 2000s.

There's a longstanding rule in pro wrestling that if a champion loses a match by countout or disqualification, he keeps his belt. As champ Ric Flair often said, "To be the man, you've got to beat the man!" But this rule goes back before Flair's day. I've seen it enforced in mid-sixties matches, and it seemed well-established by then.

I'm a wrestling geek, so should know the answer, but I'm not good at Googling complex questions. Or, Google (and Ixquick) is not very good at answering them and unhelpfully "suggests" words. This may surprise you, but most people who watch wrestling actually know it is scripted. That apparently does not impede their enjoyment any more than theater being scripted makes it less valid than improv. How is the question dumb? Aren't people allowed to ask questions about fictional universes on the entertainment board? Imagine this: Tamfang: "In Todo Sobre Mi Madre, why are there seemingly irrelevant mentions of Argentina?" HiLo48: "Because the scriptwriters decided that would be the case". How is that helping anyone? Even had InedibleHulk not already answered his own question, answering what is as useful as "They changed the rules whenever they changed the rules" is not contributing; turning it into a jab at wresting by "pointing out" that wrestling is fake is being purposefully insulting. There was no point whatsoever in commenting except to be demeaning. HiLo48's vehemence was misplaced in the McManus INTC, but at least there it was debatably related to the discussion. Here it has no purpose but to belittle wrestling in response to a wrestling question. I don't care one bit about wrestling and I've never cared for it - I just think there is no point in reminding everyone that wrestling is fake unless one thinks they are alone in grasping that fact, so I want HiLo48 to sleep easier at night: you don't need to tell them: if they are over the age of 10, they know already. A re-reading of the OP's question reinforces my view that he did not think about the fictional aspect of pro wrestling when he posed the question. Maybe I should have asked "Since when can fake wrestling titles change hands on fake disqualifications?" And bolded when. Maybe "I'm a wrestling geek" didn't imply strongly enough that I figured out "the secret" when I was four.

Anyway, no offense taken. From what I've seen of HiLo48, his good answers outweigh the bad. To clarify, though, the board of the

standards and practices department and each show's writers. Today, promotions are much more free to make their own rules, in absence of a governing body.
