Colorado referendum 1992

Hello,

"In 1992, Colorado voters approved by initiative an amendment to the Colorado state constitution (Amendment 2) that would have prevented any city, town, or county in the state from taking any legislative, executive, or judicial action to recognize homosexuals as a protected class", from article Romer v. Evans

Why is this voting apparently not listed in

Because nobody's added it yet. This is the official list, if anyone feels inclined to spend a few weeks filling in the details of initiatives for a "minimum refund value on beverage containers for beer or other malted beverages, mineral water, soda water or other carbonated soft drinks" (Initiative 5, 1982). ~~Note that Amendment 2 of 1992 does _not_ appear on the list~~, although it's mentioned on the main page here.
