I think I'm in the same boat as Graham listed below. :) I've been kind of lurking on this page to get a feel for what happens here. I've been here since September 2003 (with a temporary hiatus from editing because of real life "busyness") and have about 2,000 edits to by credit. In fact, I'm pretty sure this is Edit #2000 exactly (at least, I've been trying to time it as such). :) Anyways, I usually don't make requests like this myself if it can be helped (it seems..."presumptuous" to me, I think), but I would like the additional capabilities to help ward off vandals.
