Ronosen (3nd case)

  • Supporting evidence: User:Platypusbeak Same pattern as other Ronosen socks.[1], and now wikistalking and vandalising other articles I've been working on.[2][3]
And now he's trying to stalk me in real life.[4]

I understood - I was about to make a joke about him trying to find me in the Hyatt Hotels, and finding you instead, but then he doesn't know who either of us are, so he is really more lost than he thinks. :-) My joke got lost between my brain and my fingers, somewhere about 'I'm wasting too much time on this guy'..... priyanath talk 22:19, 5 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • User:65.49.14.95 left message on my talk page - same old same old.[5]
  • User:74.55.90.58 also just vandalized a page that I created.[6]
    • Per CU, the pattern matches Ronosen. Per the visible on-wiki evidence, this is  Confirmed. In addition, 74.55.90.58 is confirmed -- I have blocked this as a proxy. It doesn't appear to be open, but given Ronosen's history of using open proxies, I am happy to block it. As for 65.49.14.95, this is clearly related behaviour, but I cannot find any other behaviour that warrants blocking it, given that there is significant productive editing. Ronosen (2nd case)

User:Reformedbrahmovandal is a brand new editor who admits to being "formerly associated with User:Ronosen's group of meat puppets" on his user page.[7]

User:Rtiact is an account that has been asleep for sometime, and interestingly he once made an edit to the article Ronen Sen.[8]

User:Project brahmo is a brand new account whose very first edit was to create a new WikiProject, Wikipedia:WikiProject Brahmoism.[9]

All three editors make up the new

Keshub Chunder Sen article, which the Ronosen socks were editing, is coming off of protection in a day, so these new puppets may be gearing up for action. priyanath talk 23:19, 28 July 2008 (UTC)[reply

  • Supporting evidence: The IPs are located far apart, so the 2 registered editors may each be using the respective ips as sockpuppets to revert, attack, etc.

Continued removal of an image against policy, by all 4 editors: [11] [12] [13] [14] [15] [16] [17] [18] [19] [20]

In addition, today

Talk:Keshub_Chunder_Sen, along with revealing an editor's personal information. It was oversighted, so there is no diff. All the accounts have been making almost entirely disruptive edits, so there are likely plenty of other grounds to block. Thanks,priyanath talk 00:21, 30 June 2008 (UTC)[reply

 IP blocked - Ronosen (talk · contribs) is exclusively using open proxies, all of which are blocked now. Also blocked Ronosen.
Worklikeadog (talk · contribs) is  Likely to be the same editor, and also uses open proxies. Basically, all of the above IPs are open proxies.

The User:Gayatrisavitr account was created hours after User:Ronosen and his open proxies were blocked. User:Gayatrisavitr is focusing on the same article, same POV, and immediately attacked User:P.K.Niyogi with off-wiki evidence (dif) that forced User:P.K.Niyogi to retire (much like User:Ronosen's now oversighted attempts to expose the real-life identity of an admin). For that alone he should be blocked, or for being a SPA with a pattern of disruptive edits. Too many choices.... User:Bengalibaboo - also a new account, SPA, similar editing pattern and lack of civility.
