Additional information needed Pick a letter and provide the necessary diffs. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 00:06, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I think the correct letters would be A and F. This account appeared after the 2 accounts used for creation of Ziya Bunyadov article (User:Վաչագան and User:MarkHessen) were banned. The above 3 accounts were blocked on 4 March, and Zurbagan got registered on 6 March [4] and first thing this account did was making controversial edits to Ziya Bunyadov, inserting claims of historical revisionism, etc. [5][6] So it is suspected that this account was created to evade the block, therefore F is applicable. Also, A is applicable as this account made repeated personal attacks, calling other editors vandals. [7] Grandmaster 06:53, 10 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
Clerk note: Changed Code letter to F per above (A is only for IPs, right?). User:Վաչագան and User:MarkHessen are banned as being sockpuppets of User:Robert599 (I couldn't find the CU case though.). A declined case from 6 March lists User:Robert599 and user:Zurbagan altogether. -- lucasbfr talk 11:17, 13 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
The previous request was declined as "throwaway account", but which one of them was a "throwaway"? Obviously Zurbagan is not a "throaway account", it has an extensive editing pattern by now [8] and two other accounts in that report were banned socks. Thanks. Atabek 21:18, 15 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
There is a strong evidence that user:Zurbagan is a sockpuppet. Please compare edit of established sockpuppet user:Jalaleddin [9] and edit of user:Zurbagan - [10] - use of similar language, same POV, the same references across two different pages.--Dacy69 16:51, 16 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I added another suspected sock,
Azerbaijani people article, [13] so it is very urgent to investigate this issue. Grandmaster 15:23, 18 March 2007 (UTC)[reply

no Declined No evidence of a community ban. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 21:12, 21 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Could you please explain what kind of evidence you need? These 3 accounts were banned:
talk · contribs) and Pulu-Pughi (talk · contribs) are both engaged in edit warring on Ziya Bunyadov article, which was created by Robert599 using socks, and they make identical edits and reverts to that article. I would really appreciate if you could check the connection between Zurbagan, Pulu-Pughi and Robert599 and his banned socks. It is urgent, as these accounts continue their disruptive activity. Thanks. Grandmaster 07:21, 22 March 2007 (UTC)[reply

I want to see a diff of a discussion on AN/I or a similar forum that shows that there was discussion of a ban among community members and a consensus that a ban is appropriate. Consider using other approaches. If the problems are limited to a couple of articles, use page protection. If there is edit warring and a 3RR violation using socks, list that here with the appropriate code and diffs. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 17:17, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
talk · contribs) is mainly involved in the article Ziya Bunyadov. This article was created by MarkHessen (talk · contribs) and Վաչագան (talk · contribs), who are proven socks of Robert599 (talk · contribs). Zurbagan appeared shortly after the above 3 accounts were blocked, and instantly started editing the same article. After a while another account, Pulu-Pughi (talk · contribs) appeared and made his very first edit to the same page about Ziya Bunyadov. There's a good reason to suspect that those accounts are socks of Robert599, and there's another suspicion that Robert599 is himself a sock of User:Rovoam, who was a party to this arbcom case: [14] He was placed on a parole and was permanently blocked after he violated his parole and continued using socks for making reverts and personal attacks. I understand. But nowhere was Rovoam banned by the community. The Uninvited Co., Inc. 17:51, 23 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]
