After 212.178.246.217 was blocked for revert-stalking, 109.106.248.232 suddenly appeared to do the same reverts: [1] [2] [3] versus [4] [5] [6].
There have been a number of other IPs. Likely controlled by a longer-term editor active in this area but I'm not 100% confident on the individual, and naming them would cause too much drama... in the meantime we can be confident that 109.106.248.232 is the same person as 212.178.246.217, who was blocked for exactly the same editing. 109.106.237.180 (talk · contribs · WHOIS) did the same revert-stalking on a superset of articles; there have been others in the past (not much point naming every IP that has since been reallocated). All IPs are on the same ISP and geolocate to the same place.
Not sure an SPI is appropriate just to connect two IPs, but I took it to AIV and was told to go to SPI instead. bobrayner (talk) 18:27, 28 August 2013 (UTC)

- The connecting of the IPs thing is only if you request CU; looking at behavior involves looking at public data. Blocking 1 week, but if he keeps coming back with several IPs, semiprotection may be a better choice. Rschen7754 07:13, 29 August 2013 (UTC)

Previous IPs have been blocked for a week here or there, which works temporarily. Affected articles sometimes get semi'd but then the revert-stalking just moves to a new page - in this case
