This is old, way old, and I'm filing this purely for administrative purposes. EffK was first banned (see

Administrator note Per Drmies, this is for admin purpose only of tracking socks identified per Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/EffK. Apparently only blocked a year before, whereas standard practice (at least now if not before) is to indef block socks. Blocked and tagged by Drmies.
